A gourmet honey brand needed packaging to reflect their premium positioning and delight discerning customers

  • The client approached us with a clear goal: to develop packaging for premium honey that would reflect the product’s high quality and appeal to gift-oriented buyers. They already had a working product and a rough design idea, but needed support turning it into a production-ready, scalable packaging concept. We began with moodboards and samples to compare material options and finishes — including magnetic boxes, kraft sleeves, and rigid cardboard formats.
  • Once the direction was defined, our team refined the layout, added product storytelling elements, and developed technical drawings for print. We incorporated elements like hot foil stamping and custom inserts to secure the jars and create a consistent unboxing experience. The packaging also had to be functional: stackable, easy to ship, and suitable for small batches without driving up costs.
  • Production was managed through a trusted supplier in China. We coordinated pre-production sampling, controlled color consistency, and aligned delivery with the client's sales schedule. The final packaging was stored in our fulfillment center in Germany, where the products were packed and shipped directly to customers.
  • The result was a clean, elegant presentation that customers responded to immediately. Many buyers mentioned the packaging in their reviews, and the brand saw a clear increase in repeat orders. What started as a one-product packaging request became an ongoing collaboration, with new SKUs and seasonal variations added over time.
