- The client had a product idea — a set of wooden toys aimed at eco-conscious families — but no supplier or packaging concept. We helped identify several manufacturers with EN71 certification and experience in exporting to the EU. After comparing samples and terms, one partner was selected based on product quality, communication, and willingness to produce small quantities.
- We then supported the packaging process. The focus was on a plastic-free, compact box suitable for Amazon FBA. Our team helped finalize the layout, translated basic safety information, and ensured all required labeling for the German market was included. Instruction sheets were adapted from supplier drafts and printed locally.
- Once production was complete, the goods were delivered to our fulfillment center. There we checked quantities, applied FNSKU labels, and prepared the cartons for Amazon FBA inbound. We also supported the client with shipment plans and customs documents to keep the process smooth.
- The product sold out in about four weeks. Customer feedback was positive, especially on the packaging and material quality. The client decided to expand the range, and we’ve continued supporting new items with the same sourcing and logistics setup.
